If you contact us via WhatsApp in connection with a specific transaction (for example an order you have placed), we store and use the mobile phone number you use with WhatsApp as well as - if provided - your first and last name pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in order to process and respond to your request. Your data is always used only to respond to your request via WhatsApp. It is not passed on to third parties.
Please note that WhatsApp Business receives access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and automatically transfers telephone numbers stored in the address book to a server of the parent company Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. To operate our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device in whose address book only the WhatsApp contact details of those users are stored who have also contacted us via WhatsApp.

8.7 Use of payment service providers (payment services)
- Amazon Pay
One or more online payment methods of the following provider are available on this website: Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg
If you select a payment method of the provider in which you make advance performance (such as credit card payment), the payment data you provided during the ordering process (including name, address, bank and payment card information, currency and transaction number) as well as information about the content of your order is passed on to the provider pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In this case, your data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.
- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method "Apple Pay" of Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment is processed via the "Apple Pay" function of your device running iOS, watchOS or macOS by charging a payment card stored in "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. Authorising a payment therefore requires entering a code previously defined by you as well as verification by means of the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, together with the information about your order, is passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay in order to carry out the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number as well as a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the success of the payment.
Insofar as personal data is processed in the transmissions described, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Apple retains anonymised transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time and whether the transaction was completed successfully. The anonymisation completely excludes any reference to a person. Apple uses the anonymised data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made via Safari on your Mac, the Mac and the authorising device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you personally. You can deactivate the option to use Apple Pay on your Mac in the settings of your iPhone. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and deactivate "Allow Payments on Mac".
Further information on data protection with Apple Pay can be found at the following internet address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027
- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method "Google Pay" of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), the payment is processed via the "Google Pay" application of your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and having an NFC function, by charging a payment card stored in Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). To authorise a payment via Google Pay of more than EUR 25.00, your mobile device must first be unlocked using the verification method set up in each case (such as facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern).
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, together with the information about your order, is passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a one-time transaction number to the originating website, with which a completed payment is verified. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of the payment methods stored in your Google Pay account, but is created and transmitted as a numerical token valid only once. In all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts merely as an intermediary for processing the payment transaction. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the originating website by charging the payment method stored in Google Pay.
Insofar as personal data is processed in the transmissions described, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, the merchant location and description, a description of the goods or services purchased provided by the merchant, photos you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or of the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, where applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing takes place exclusively pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper invoicing, the verification of transaction data and the optimisation and maintenance of the functioning of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to merge the processed transaction data with further information that is collected and stored by Google when other Google services are used.
The terms of use of Google Pay can be found here:

In this case, your data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.
If you select a payment method in which the provider makes advance performance (such as purchase on account or payment in instalments or direct debit), you will also be asked during the ordering process to provide certain personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, town, date of birth, email address, telephone number, where applicable data on an alternative payment method).
In order to safeguard our legitimate interest in establishing the solvency of our customers, this data is forwarded by us to the provider pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the purpose of a credit check. On the basis of the personal data you provide as well as further data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment experience), the provider checks whether the payment option you selected can be granted with regard to payment and/or default risks.
In addition to provider-internal criteria, identity and creditworthiness information from the following credit agencies may also be included in the decision within the scope of the application check pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR:
https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/0/de_de/credit_rating_agencies
The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, but not exclusively, address data is included in the calculation of the score values.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may remain entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.
- Paypal

In this case, your data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.

In order to safeguard our legitimate interest in establishing your solvency in such cases, this data is forwarded by us to the provider pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the purpose of a credit check. On the basis of the personal data you provide as well as further data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment experience), the provider checks whether the payment option you selected can be granted with regard to payment and/or default risks.
The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). 9) Online marketing
Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called "web beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information; through their use, simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server and stored there. This may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to evaluate your usage behaviour with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google AdSense is not merged with other data from Google. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or insofar as third parties process this data on Google's behalf.
All of the processing described above, in particular the reading of information on the device used via cookies and/or web beacons, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without this consent being given, Google AdSense is not used during your site visit.
You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.

10) Web analytics services
10.1 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables an analysis of your use of our website.
By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are stored as small text elements on your device and collect certain information. The scope of this information also includes your IP address, which is however truncated by Google by the last digits in order to exclude direct identifiability of a person.
The information is transferred to Google servers and processed further there. Transmissions to Google LLC, based in the USA, are also possible.
Google uses the information collected on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide further services connected with website use and internet use. The truncated IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. The data collected within the scope of the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies on the device used, only takes place if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 is not used during your site visit. You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service via the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Demographic characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special "demographic characteristics" function and can use it to create statistics that make statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This is done by analysing advertising and information from third-party providers. This makes it possible to identify target groups for marketing activities. However, the data collected cannot be assigned to a specific person and is deleted after being stored for a period of two months.
Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals may be used on this website in order to have cross-device reports created. If you have activated personalised advertising and have linked your devices to your Google account, Google can, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, analyse your usage behaviour across devices and create database models, including on cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you would like to stop the cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "personalised advertising" function in the settings of your Google account. To do so, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155764?hl=de
Further information on Google Signals can be found at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=de

If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, have set up an account on this website and log in with this account on different devices, your activities, including conversions, can be analysed across devices.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, ensures compliance with the European level of data protection.
10.2 Google Optimize
This website uses "Google Optimize", a service of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
Based on "Google Analytics", the service enables a statistical evaluation of the use of new functions and content of the website by delivering test variants to certain user groups. In this way, in the interest of improving the attractiveness of our website, it is possible to determine which variants are preferred by users.
For this purpose, Google Optimize uses cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of a website. The information about your use of the website collected by cookies is generally transmitted to a Google server and stored and processed there. This may also involve the transmission of information to the servers of the company Google LLC based in the USA and further processing of the information there.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for storing and reading information on the device you use to access the website, only takes place if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your consent, Google Optimize is not used during your use of the website. You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your withdrawal, please deactivate this service via the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.

This website uses the "Google Tag Manager", a service of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: "Google").
The Google Tag Manager provides a technical basis for bundling various web applications, including tracking and analytics services, and for calibrating, controlling and making them conditional via a uniform user interface. The Google Tag Manager itself does not store or read any information on user devices. Nor does the service carry out any independent data analyses. However, the Google Tag Manager transfers your IP address to Google when the page is accessed and may store it there. Transmission to servers of Google LLC. in the USA is also possible.
This processing is only carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without this consent being given, Google Tag Manager is not used during your site visit. You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your withdrawal, please deactivate this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.

Data is also transferred to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada
With the help of cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms for reading device and browser information), the service collects and stores pseudonymised visitor data, including information of the device used such as the IP address and browser information, in order to evaluate it for statistical analyses of usage behaviour on our website and to create pseudonymised usage profiles. The pseudonymisation generally excludes direct identifiability of a person. No merging with clear data about you collected in another way takes place.
All of the processing described above, in particular the reading or storing of information on the device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.

11) Retargeting/ remarketing and conversion tracking
11.1 Meta Pixel
Within our online offering we use the service "Meta Pixel" of the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook and/or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter with the help of "Meta Pixel". This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after the redirect by a cookie that our linked page sets itself.
On the one hand, this enables Meta to determine the visitors of our online offering as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "ads"). Accordingly, we use the service to show the Facebook and/or Instagram ads placed by us only to those users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products, which are determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Meta (so-called "custom audiences").
On the other hand, "Meta Pixel" makes it possible to trace whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and which actions they carry out there (so-called "conversion tracking").
The data collected is anonymous for us, so it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is generally transferred to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, transfer to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may also occur.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, ensures compliance with the European level of data protection.
11.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you have visited. The information obtained in this way generally also includes your IP address.
Data processing beyond this only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browsing history may be linked by Google to your Google account and that information from your Google account may be used to personalise ads that you view on the web. If in this case you are logged in to Google during your visit to our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data in order to form target groups. Within the scope of the use of Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, is only carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without this consent being given, retargeting technology is not used during your site visit.
You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your withdrawal, please deactivate this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, ensures compliance with the European level of data protection.
Details of the processing initiated by Google and of Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Further information on Google's data protection provisions can be found here: https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/ and https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
11.3 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform of the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").
GMP uses cookies in order to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports or to avoid a user seeing the same ads several times. Via a cookie ID, Google records which ads are served in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that relate to ad requests. This is the case, for example, if a user sees a GMP ad and later, using the same browser, accesses the advertiser's website and buys something via this website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you as follows in accordance with our state of knowledge: through the integration of GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad of ours. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and store your IP address. Within the scope of the use of GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, ensures compliance with the European level of data protection.
The data protection provisions of GMP by Google can be found here: https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/ and https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
11.4 TikTok Pixel
This website uses the conversion tracking technology of the following provider: TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland
If you have reached our website from an advertisement on the provider's domain, the success of the advertisement can be traced with the help of cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, pings or HTTP requests).
For this purpose, certain device and browser information, including, where applicable, your IP address, is read via the tracking technology in order to record and evaluate user actions predefined by us (e.g. completed transactions, leads, searches on the website, views of product pages). This makes it possible to create statistics about usage behaviour on our website after redirection from an advertisement, which serve to optimise our offering.
12) Site functionalities
12.1 Google Web Fonts
For the uniform display of fonts, this page uses so-called web fonts of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly, and establishes a direct connection to the provider's servers. In this process, certain browser information, including your IP address, is transmitted to the provider.
Data may also be transmitted to: Google LLC, USA
The processing of personal data in the course of establishing a connection with the provider of the fonts is only carried out if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service via the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer is used.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, ensures compliance with the European level of data protection.
Further information on Google's data protection provisions can be found here: https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/
12.2 - Google reCAPTCHA
On this website we use the CAPTCHA service of the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
Data may also be transmitted to: Google LLC, USA.
For the visual design of the CAPTCHA window, the provider uses "Google Fonts", i.e. fonts loaded from the internet by Google. No processing of information other than that mentioned above, which is already transferred to Google via the functionality of ReCaptcha, takes place in this context.
The service checks whether an entry is made by a natural person or abusively by mechanical and automated processing, and blocks spam, DDoS attacks and similar automated malicious access. In order to ensure that an action is carried out by a human and not by an automated bot, the provider collects the IP address of the device used, identification data of the browser and operating system type used as well as the date and duration of the visit, and transmits this to the provider's servers for evaluation. Cookies may be used in this process, i.e. small text files that are stored in the browser of the device.
Insofar as the processing described above takes place on the basis of cookies, these are only set if you have given us your express consent to do so pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.
If the processing described above is carried out without the use of cookies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in establishing individual personal responsibility on the internet and in preventing misuse and spam pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, ensures compliance with the European level of data protection.

13.3 Cookie consent tool
This website uses a so-called "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications requiring consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users when they access the page in the form of an interactive user interface on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking boxes. Through the use of the tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are only loaded if the respective user gives the corresponding consent by ticking a box. This ensures that such cookies are only set on the respective user's device if consent has been given.
The tool sets technically necessary cookies in order to store your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed in this context.
If, in an individual case, personal data (such as the IP address) is nevertheless processed for the purpose of storing, assigning or logging cookie settings, this takes place pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in a legally compliant design of our website.
A further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. As the controller, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user's consent.
Insofar as necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
Further information about the operator and the setting options of the cookie consent tool can be found directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE PROCESSING IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU CAN EXERCISE THE OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL END THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING PURPOSES.
15) Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of storage of personal data is determined on the basis of the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and - where relevant - additionally on the basis of the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).
